Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, Director Emeritus of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, and his fellow campaigners demand that, in the future, construction should be organised as a circular economy and that the goal of all building culture should be the life of people in harmony with nature. He advises the President of the EU Commission and the New European Bauhaus, initiated in October 2020.
