NIC Kay

NIC Kay is from the Bronx currently occupying several liminal spaces. They are a person who makes performances, creates and organizes performative spaces. Their current transdisciplinary projects explore movement as a place of reclamation of the body, history and spirituality. Kay has shown work at venues throughout the United States and internationally. From 2017–2018 Kay was a Movement Research Van Lier Fellow and Artist in Residence at MoMA, both in New York City. NIC Kay will be a 2018 Artist in Residence at Pioneer Works in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
