Judith Hackmack

Judith Hackmack is a German lawyer, philosopher and historian with the Institute for Legal intervention at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR). She has worked for ECCHR in the Business and Human Rights program and on human rights violations in Syria. At the Institute for Legal Intervention, she is responsible for the work on German and European colonial crimes as well as critical post-colonial perspectives on the law, which is also the topic of her PhD project.
