Chris Bohn

Chris Bohn has joined the editorial staff of the avant-garde music magazine The Wire since 1997, together with Tony Herrington and Rob Young. Published since 1982 in London, The Wire is widely regarded as the most influential, independent music magazine published on a monthly basis, covering a wide range of alternative, underground and non-mainstream music: from post-rock, electronic music, hip-hop, new jazz to both new and traditional music. In the same tradition, a radio show hosted by writers of The Wire has been aired since 2003. Bohn was co-author of the Laibach film Bravo (1993). He is one of Britain's most eminent music journalists and also publishes under his pen name, Biba Kopf.
