Mats Äleklint
Mats Äleklint is a trombone player, born 1979, who lives in Stockholm, Sweden. He works mostly in the fields of improvisation and jazz, but also blues, soul, theater music, pop and rock. He has been touring in Sweden, Norway, Canada, Slovenia, Portugal, England, Germany, and many other countries. He has worked with the Alberto Pinton Quintet, Torbjörn Zetterberg, Trondheim Jazz Orchestra, Dave Holland, Carla Bley, Steve Swallow, Lisa Ullén Quartet, Blacknuss, Angles, Je Suis!, and All Included, among others. He is a member of the Mats Äleklint Kvartett.
