So what could be more appropriate than tracing the life of this unconventional writer through photos and other material? The book long awaited in the Schmidt world is finally there. In her Archive research, editor Fanny Esterházy, has brought to light much that is unknown and surprising – photos, sketches, notes, letters, the everyday and bizarre. She presents the book together with Jan Philipp Reemtsma, Joachim Kersten and Bernd Rauschenbach.
