Colloquium
The international colloquium addresses the proposal by the state of Berlin to place the large ensembles of Berlin‘s reconstruction on the German Tentative List of World Cultural Heritage under the title “Karl-Marx-Allee and Interbau 1957. Architecture and Urbanism of Postwar Modernism”. Berlin‘s first attempt was recognised in 2014, but with a request for revision deferred. Now the new application is to be discussed with experts.
