Angela Winkler: Mein blaues Zimmer. Autobiographische Skizzen
As an actress, Angela Winkler helped shape the theatre of Klaus-Michael Grüber, Peter Zadek, Robert Wilson and the New German Cinema movement. To this day, she is in front of cameras and on stage all over Europe, in places she called and still calls home. Together with her husband and four children she brought new life into abandoned and decrepit houses in Italy and France.
The simultaneous nature of numerous lives and of art itself is the subject of Winkler’s book, edited by Brigitte Landes, which Winkler will present in a reading and in discussion with Hermann Beil. In cooperation with Kiepenheuer & Witsch.
