True Warriors

Film Screening

On 11 December 2014, a 17-year-old suicide bomber blew himself up during a premiere performance at the AZDAR Theatre in Kabul. The bomber and two people in the audience died, and 40 people were injured. In extensive interviews, those affected by the bombing report on how they experienced the attack and how they’ve dealt with it since then. The film True Warriors tells the story behind the daily news reports – and is an inspiring illustration of the impact of culture.
