Luis Eslava, Hochschuldozent für Internationales Recht, Kodirektor des Centre for Critical International Law an der Kent Law School und Senior Fellow an der Melbourne Law School, hat eine internationale Professur an der Universidad Externado de Colombia inne und gehört zum Kernteam der Universitätslehrkräfte am Institute for Global Law and Policy der Harvard Law School. Er ist Autor von Local Space, Global Life: The Everyday Operation of International Law and Development (2015) und Mitherausgeber von Bandung, Global History and International Law: Critical Pasts and Pending Futures (2017).
