Finally open: Visit the exhibition “John Heartfield – Photography plus Dynamite” starting 2 Jun 2020

The exhibition John Heartfield – Photography plus Dynamite” is open to the public from 2 Jun to 23 Aug in the Akademie der Künste at Pariser Platz. Tue – Sun 11 am – 7 pm, last admission at 6 pm.

We recommend purchasing the exhibition tickets in advance through our website www.adk.de/tickets. Unfortunately, ticket reservations are not possible at this time. 

In order to avoid queues, visitors are admitted within allocated time frames. Please understand that waiting times may occur due to the admission restrictions.

For the protection of visitors and staff, you are asked to follow a number of hygiene precautions:

Please keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters.

Please wear a face mask (covering nose and mouth) during your entire visit.

Entrances and exits are separated. Please follow the indicated routes and instructions from the wardens.

Surfaces and tablets are cleaned at regular intervals. Please use the available hand sanitizer.

The exhibition contains some audio installations that can only be experienced with headphones. You can use your own headphones with a 3.5 mm jack plug.

As cloakroom services are limited and not guarded, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing large bags.

Unfortunately the café, the reading room of the library, and the Architecture Archives remain closed until further notice.
